This wine reveals the unique identity of Casa Cadaval and its terroir.
It has a distinctive aroma, with a fruity and spicy character associated with aromas of dried leaves, balsamic and cedar. Elegant, with excellent acidity and silky tannins, it has a long and persistent finish.
The hand-picked grapes come from a bush vineyard that is over 70 years old. The winemaking process begins with cold extraction and the grapes are then fermented in Lagares for 2 weeks. The wine is aged in a 500-litre French oak barrel for around 12 months to guarantee the identity of its origin.
