This wine has a dense colour with excellent complexity and aromatic intensity, where aromas of ripe black fruit stand out, with floral notes of violets and hints of fresh spice. It's a wine that evolves a lot, showing itself to be intense, elegant, with great complexity and structure. Long and persistent, with ageing potential.
After careful selection of the grapes, they ferment individually in stainless steel lagares at a controlled temperature of 26°C, with a prolonged maceration of around 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels, followed by 16 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle.
