Dark ruby color. Notes of black fruit, red fruit, raspberry, wood, spices, toasted. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, balanced, with good concentration and notes of blackberries.
Total destemming, followed by foot steps in Granite Lagar. Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vat. From the final batch 100% goes through new and used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Contains sulphites.
