Manual harvest in 15kg boxes. Manual selection
of the grapes on a selection belt. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.
Part of the blend aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months and the remainder in stainless steel vats.
