In the shadow of days and in the light of nights, the whitewashed walls of Alentejo paint the imagination and draw the path of all dreams. With colors that spring from the earth, this is the wine to brush moments and drink with the heart.

An Alentejo red, fresh and versatile, that proves to be good company for a wide variety of dishes. Light meals, snacks, cheese and charcuterie boards, or even barbecue meats, will certainly be a good choice.

Winemaking: The harvest was manual, in 20kg boxes, followed by a selection of clusters and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature around 25°C.
