Cabeça de Burro Reserva is a rich and powerful red wine from the Douro Demarcated Region that presents many aromas of wild red fruits, floral fragrances along with juicy and fruity tannins. It is a soulful red wine with a touch of minerality and balanced acidity.
Cabeça de Burro Reserva is a red wine, produced from the native red varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca from the Douro Demarcated Region. After a short maceration in the cold, the wine was fermented in granite lagares at controlled temperatures. The wine remained in new French oak barrels for 12 months, in contact with fine lees, before being bottled.
