Bread & Cheese
Vinification | Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures, pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. With 30% oak aged wine added to the final blend to give a little more structure. After bottling it was aged for at least 3 months in the bottle.
