O Produtor, tasting note published in May 23rd 2018
Intense ruby colour. It has a young and fresh nose, surrounded by floral aromas with a predominance of orange blossom, surrounded by notes of red fruits such as cherry. The wood stage gives complexity in a discreet and balanced set. Excellent volume in the mouth, soft and delicate, with mature and smooth tannins contributing to a unique elegance, with a persistent and prolonged finish.
Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle crushing. Short pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation in 6-8 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC with relatively frequent pumping over. After the alcoholic fermentation a maceration period is carried out, after which the wine is separated from the masses with which it has fermented and malolactic fermentation is provoked. All the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months.
