O Produtor, tasting note published in March 27th 2023
A young, warm flavour, marked by an elegant, voluminous mouthfeel, with fine, well-presented tannins. It stands out for its long and persistent finish, with a rich and full flavour.
Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle crushing. Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation in tannery for around 8 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, with frequent pumping over.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the masses with which it fermented.
The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in vats, followed by ageing in French oak barrels for 14 months.
