Fruity aroma with discreet mineral. Very elegant, with berries and spices, fresh, with fruit and persistence to mark the end of mouth.
In the vinification of this wine the grapes are hand picked, and there was reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation took place at temperatures between 22 – 26 ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. The wine aged for 1 year in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Out of respect for nature, due to the way we cultivate their vineyards and wines reflect his experiences, which smell and taste of land, of schist, damp granite, rock rose, wild flowers and fruit. It is in the winery that he makes wines with the character of our ‘terroir’, expressed through native grape varieties, which instil with a style of their own and an international profile.
