Intense ruby. The nose is intense and fruity, with notes of ripe red fruits, raspberries, jam and floral aromas. In the mouth, it has presence and is round, which pleases the consumer. The tasting ends with a long and balanced finish.
Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures (22 to 25ºC), pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 6 months in French oak barrels. After bottling it is aged for at least 3 months in the bottle.
