Lush and elegant, red fruit, namely raspberry and cherry. Good volume in the mouth, full of good flavours and pronounced freshness. Long and delicate finish.
Vinification: hand-picked into 15 kg boxes. Selected on the conveyor table. Stem removal and crushing. Fermentation in traditional open granite tanks. Ageing: ageing in new and used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Contains sulphites.
