Andreza
Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemmed and crushed, with 12 hours of pre-maceration fermentation at 34°C to enhance enzymatic activity; pre-selected yeast; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures (22-24°C); gentle pump-overs. 70% of the wine aged in second- and third-year French oak barrels for 10 months; the remainder aged in stainless steel vats.
