Cabriz Special Edition is an almost secret wine, released only to be discovered, like a rare gem. To be enjoyed in secret and shared only with those who are truly special.

Blend of: 60% Touriga-Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro, 20% Aragonez. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and gentle maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C. 2 months of cuvaison. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% second-use barrels.

Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado.

Ideal for pairing with matured cheeses and structured, delicate dishes from Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, and African cuisines.
