Intense garnet color. Intense in ripe red fruits, jam of the same, slight spicy and toasted notes. Fruity, soft, balanced and with a velvety finish.
Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and gentle pelicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C. 2 Months of cuvaison. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% 2nd use.
Contains sulphites.
