Round, full-bodied and elegant, this is a very gastronomic red wine. Its perfumed touch and freshness go well with 'hot' dishes. Pair it with a well-seasoned leg of kid, a turkey stuffed in the oven or the typical cozido à portuguesa, all of which will be happy pairings.

Vinification
After manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes, the destemmed grapes were fermented at controlled temperature in 5000-litre French oak vats. It was then matured for 18 months in 1000-litre French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until it was released for sale.
