O Produtor, tasting note published in July 28th 2021
Young red wine in the Roble style. Ruby red in colour, the nose presents intense notes of raspberry, cassis, violet and pepper. In the mouth it is young, full of ripe red fruits supported by fine tannins and a crisp, refreshing acidity.
The noblest Portuguese ink caste, with all its character, in a very interesting Atlantic expression, full of elegance. Intensity, good structure, and fine tannins.
The red Adega Mãe Touriga Nacionalis a fantastic partner for meat dishes, especially those from the oven. Ideal with roasts and cheeses.
