Deep ruby color. Aroma of ripe black fruits, cherries and plums. Slight hint of spice. Good structure, medium body, velvety tannins. Good freshness and elegance.
Manual harvest for 18kg boxes. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
