A Trincadeira não é tão Preta
This fresh and elegant red wine pairs well with stewed meats, game, and lamb, where the freshness of Trincadeira cuts through the fat.
A typical Alentejo grape variety, Trincadeira Preta (syn. Tinta Amarela), with a thin and fragile skin, rots if it rains and dries up in hot weather. This Trincadeira was harvested at the right time, focusing on its fresh fruity side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that seemed lost, but was ultimately always here. Trincadeira… isn’t so black after all!
The grapes are grown organically in dry farming, without irrigation. Our vineyards are also all certified under the Alentejo sustainability program.
