Deep red color. Notes of blueberry, licorice and plum. On the palate, blueberries and coffee with chocolate. Balanced, firm structure and persistent finish.
This red wine is bred by a natural method, with minimum intervention and from organically produced grapes. After the stalks were removed, the grapes were crushed into a deposit in which fermentation began spontaneously. It was kept for 10 months in wooden vats of 225L until bottling.
Contains sulphites.
