Opaque colour.
Complex, deep aroma of ripe black fruit compote, with hints of dried fruit and bushes.
Muscular, enveloping and harmonious on the palate. Powerful tannins in balance with sweetness. Promises great ageing potential.

The grapes come from the Cima Corgo sub-region. Several plots, planted at different heights and with different grape varieties, contribute to the complexity of this wine.

Vinification
Harvested by hand. Transport in small crates to avoid crushing. Careful selection of bunches by hand.
Fermentation in a granite press with foot treading. Matured in stainless steel vats and tanks. Bottled in April 2022. Unfiltered wine.
Unfiltered wine. Subject to deposit creation.

Best served in a reno glass. We recommend decanting and drinking within 48 hours.
