It has a red colour with amber reflections. This wine is characterised by a soft aromatic freshness which, combined with the dried fruit aromas, results in a balanced and harmonious whole. In the mouth, sensation of balance between freshness and maturity.
Skin maceration with interruption of fermentation through the addition of grape brandy at 77% vol.
Aging and ageing in wood, which in the final lot should correspond to an average age of 3 to 4 years.
Contains sulphites.
