Quinta do Sagrado
This is a new and young Port that blossomed during a slight maceration of the red grapes typical of the Douro Valley region. The young lot spent the first 24 hours in a cold chamber. After this period, the lot begins a long period of fermentation at low temperature. This innovative technique enhances the fine aromas and flavour of fresh red fruits, as well as a good looking pink colour.
