Beautiful pink tone with fine aromas of fresh red fruits. Very pleasant in the mouth, with a light and soft texture.
This is a new and young Port that blossomed during a slight maceration of the red grapes typical of the Douro Valley region. The young lot spent the first 24 hours in a cold chamber. After this period, the lot begins a long period of fermentation at low temperature. This innovative technique enhances the fine aromas and flavour of fresh red fruits, as well as a good looking pink colour.

The wines are produced in the traditional way, through the picking and selection of grapes by hand, foot treading in granite lagares and winemaking in small batches. This process gives Quinta do Sagrado wines a long ageing potential.
