O Produtor, tasting note published in June 13th 2020
Intensely and aromatically very expressive, resinous notes and black fruit, rock-rose, fruit compote and dark chocolate. In the mouth, the taste of ripe fruit, supported
by a lively acidity and a powerful tannic structure, with a powerful and tasty finish.
After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were
placed in stainless steel vats, skin maceration for five days, fermented for five days, with three daily “delestage”, and stayed in maceration for another three days. The result was a wine of
excellent extract. It was aged in old French oak vats.
The Blend was made in April 2020.
