Notes of ripe red fruit (redcurrant), balsam and mint notes. Elegant and wine with silky tannins, balanced with ripe fruit and a
balsamic touch. Long and fresh finish, delicious.
After destemming and gentle crushing, they were placed in stainless steel vats where they fermented for 5 days, with three daily delestages, and remaining in post-fermentation maceration for a further 3 days, producing a wine of excellent extract. Aged in old fermenting vats.
