The nose is very rich in fruity aromas, with very present notes of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh, with a good acidity with notes of cherry, honey and grapefruit.
The grapes are harvested into 25 kg boxes and pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. During pressing, a light maceration of the skins for colour extraction. This is followed by a low temperature defecation to clarify the must and fermentation also at low temperature to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas.
