Beautiful color with slight reddish nuances. In the aroma it reveals soft balsamic, mixing young and dried fruits. Very balanced in the mouth, with an attractive cherry candy finish.
This Port mixed after fermentation is stored in huge oak vats to avoid the oxidative process and maintain its dark red purple colour. Ruby is on average two years old, so there is a lot of fruit on the nose and palate.
