It has a bright citrus colour and the aroma of ripe lemon, dry leaves with a floral touch. In the mouth it is spicy, austere, but not too dry; fresh and fresh.
C. Da Silva (Wines) SA is a house with a strong tradition in Port wine. Founded in 1862, its present name was defined in the first decades of the 20th century, when Mr. Clemente da Silva received the company through marriage. At that time, showing an exporting vocation, he directed his first steps towards Brazil and North America, but soon after other markets and DALVA is now present in Europe and Asia.
Today, our mission is the production of Port wines, with high quality standards that meet the wishes of all consumers, ensuring the prestige, reputation and perception of brand value.
C. da Silva Port Wine Cellars is known for its beautiful and exclusive “Colheitas”, such as the Golden White of 1952, 1963 and 1971.
