Vinification Process: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in self-vinifying tanks with temperature control (20 to 25°C) and light maceration (1 to 2 days) for the extraction of grape aromas. Fermentation concludes in stainless steel tanks, already without the grape skins (18 to 20°C), until the addition of the brandy. Aging is partially done in oak barrels for 1 to 2 years. Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled (10 to 12°C). It pairs well with desserts, as an aperitif, or simply as a companion during leisure moments.
