Early September 2008, dry weather. Harvested by hand.
Vinification
Total destemming and crushing, temperature-controlled fermentation and subsequent blending with high-quality wine brandy; 6-month maceration. Aged for around 18 months in oak casks of different origins, some of which have already been used to age Armanhaque.
