It has an amber color and aroma of orange blossom and orange peel. In the mouth, it is possible to feel walnut and orange notes. It has a good acidity and an elegant finish.

António José Ribeiro Saramago was born in village of Azeitão in 1948. From very early on demonstrated passion for the world of wine, which is not unrelated the influence of his father, José Maria Saramago, cellarman of José Maria da Fonseca winery for 42 years. With more than 200 won awards many of its wines have been widely appreciated by national and international trade press, especially by Jancis Robinson and Robert Parker.
