Dolin

Le Chamois Génépi is the embodiment of traditional Alpine liqueur, crafted from the maceration of Artemisia mutellina flowers picked high in the mountains in mid-summer, then distilled the artisanal way in our fabulous copper still. The result is a strong, aromatic mountain liqueur — a true emblem of Savoie and its unique terroir. Perfect for enjoying by the fire after a day on the slopes.

Authentic and timeless, this 100% Alpine génépi is a must-have for a night among friends! A true invitation to conviviality, it is made in Savoie with 100% natural ingredients and can be enjoyed in many different ways.

Traditionally served as a digestif, it’s a classic that transcends generations — especially after a feast filled with local cheeses, the treasures of our mountains, or paired with a comforting hot chocolate. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, served neat, on the rocks, or with tonic water.

For the more adventurous, just a few drops in a cocktail will awaken the senses: its herbal notes bring any mix to life — whether with gin, soda, or other bold combinations. A unique product, increasingly appreciated by bartenders around the world.

Dolin

Only two families have been at the helm of the Dolin company in 200 years: the Chavasse/Dolin family and the Sevez family, both deeply involved in local life in Chambéry and faithful to their traditions.

Since its creation, the Dolin company has sought inspiration from the Alps, sourcing its ingredients from the generosity provided by the surrounding mountains to create original recipes that remain a secret to this day.

Faithful to tradition, the distillery has preserved its age-old production methods and love for the terroir. Today, these elements contribute to making its products the instinctive choice for those who appreciate authentic flavors and a genuine historical provenance…

The history of the company is closely tied to the Savoie region, and particularly to that of Chambéry. The distillery has been a witness to major events in history, such as the return of the Duchy of Savoy to France, the Great War, and the bombing of Chambéry in 1944. Neither the Dolin family nor the Sevez family have ever considered leaving Chambéry, such is their attachment to the town and the Savoie region and their Alpine heritage.

“We owe a large part of our success to Savoyard plants, the fresh mountain air, and the vertiginous landscapes that inspire us every day… that’s why we make all our products here, in Chambéry, as we always have done, and that’s not about to change…”

Ever since Marie Dolin picked up a gold medal at the World Fair in Philadelphia in 1876, Dolin has preserved a spirit of openness and adventure that allows it to promote the savoir-faire of the Savoyard master liquor-makers around the world, today more than ever. Available in the world’s most prestigious hotels and bars, Dolin’s products, are synonymous with French quality, finesse, and aromas.
