Otso Hoppy Dry Gin
Less is more. As proven by this dry gin with hops, produced in the Basque Country.
And that’s why it’s called Otso, pronounced “Otcho,” and it means “the wolf” in Basque. And why? Because Otso gin is distilled from hops. In Latin, hops are called “humulus lupulus,” which also means “little wolf,” cute but fierce.
The idea? Limit the number of components as much as possible to allow the selected few ingredients to shine in all their complexity.
How is this gin made? With Juniper Berries, Barley, and Hops, each left to rest separately for seven days, then distilled separately, blended, and left to rest to allow the charm to work its magic.
