Fighting Bear Gin traces back to the origins and classical tradition of the London Dry style.

Carefully crafted in Piedmont, Italy, from a secret blend of herbs and spices, Del Professore gin pays homage to the amber spirits of the Prohibition Era and is inspired by the iconic ‘bathtub gins’ – a process involving the use of a large container to infuse alcohol with botanicals and spices, creating a distilled spirit unique in its amber color and flavor.

Crafted by a community of skilled artisans, including growers, harvesters, and master distillers, with premium local ingredients, from blending to bottling, Del Professore is a product of the place and the people.

Key Botanicals: Juniper, bitter orange, Roman chamomile.

Production Process: The gin benefits from cold infusion and gentle coarse filtration, preserving the fresh flavor and intense aromatic profile. This prolonged process ensures the capture of the distinct flavors for which Del Professore gins are known.

With complex and premium flavors, it can be enjoyed neat or according to the bartender’s creativity.
