C'Est Nous

Produced since 2016, this gin is aromatic and balanced, with a sharp and fresh juniper attack, followed by citrus notes and a hint of coriander. C’est Nous gin has won several awards, including the title of “Best French Gin” in international blind tastings by professional teams at the World Gin Awards.

This gin is crafted from French wheat alcohol and 9 botanicals, including the essential juniper berry, angelica root, lemon, orange, and coriander. After a slow maceration of these botanicals, the distillation process begins. Subsequently, the gin is stored and left to rest for harmonization.

Enjoy it neat, with tonic, or in cocktails.

C'est Nous

Founded in 2016 by a French sommelier and an English gin enthusiast, C’est Nous was created to produce one of the first craft gins in France. Using a copper pot still and after several months of research and testing, the recipe for the Classic Gin was developed and launched at the end of 2016.

Since then, the range has expanded, and various craft spirits are produced in copper stills; a method that allows for maximum contact with copper, creating pure and smooth spirits.

The distillery promotes responsible production, from using herbs and flowers grown in its own garden in the distillation process to the closed cooling system that uses 100% rainwater to minimize waste. The choice of a 100% renewable green electricity supplier, covered by the Guarantee of Origin system, helps reduce CO2 emissions. Additionally, local suppliers are prioritized whenever possible, for both ingredients and packaging.
