BULLDOG Gin is a modern, premium interpretation of a London Dry Gin, reinvigorating the category by liberating itself from convention and expectation. Its smooth flavor profile is achieved through a harmonious blend of twelve exotic botanicals, including lotus leaves, lavender, and dragon’s eye fruit (a distant relative of oriental lychees) sourced from various parts of the world.

Handcrafted in London, BULLDOG Gin’s unique recipe is carefully crafted to create an extremely versatile London Dry Gin.

Botanicals: The grain neutral spirit (at 96% ABV) is infused with the 100% natural flavors and aromas of BULLDOG Gin’s 12 distinct botanicals inside a copper pot still. This allows the gin ingredients to macerate before distilling, releasing their essential oils, which creates vapor. The resulting vapor passes through a condenser and is reliquefied to produce an essence.

Distillation: As a result of this process, the “heads” (volatile compounds with low boiling points) and the “tails” (volatile compounds with high boiling points) are separated from the distillate.

Blending: The resulting essence (measured at 76% ABV) is further blended with a wheat-based grain neutral spirit. The liquid is diluted with demineralized water until it reaches the required strength for bottling (40% ABV).

Bottling: Once it meets the stringent aromatic and flavor standards, the gin is then bottled and labeled as BULLDOG London Dry Gin.
