Garrafeira Benfica SLB 50
Another great classic of Portuguese wines to join the Benfica Cellar, with the Quality seal of Villa Oeiras.
It should be noted that “Carcavelos” is composed of the following grape varieties: Arinto, Galego Dourado, and Ratinho, and has a honey-colored hue. It demonstrates very high quality standards and, along with “Porto,” “Madeira,” and “Moscatel de Setúbal,” is part of the exclusive group of Portuguese fortified wines, considered by many oenologists as one of the best Portuguese aperitifs and a great digestif.
Manual harvest. Fermentation with the addition of wine brandy at 77% (from the Lourinhã region) halfway through the fermentation process. Aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for an average period of 7 years.
