Our Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a rich and complex nectar, but also taut and vibrant. It can be consumed very young, but also aged a few years longer to achieve extremely intriguing aromas. It can surprise with little.
For Tenuta Garetto Moscato D’Asti, the Moscato grapes are hand-picked with great care and transported to the winery in small baskets to be pressed within a few hours of harvest. After being pressed, the must undergoes the natural cold clarification process and is then sent to the cold tank, where it is kept at a low temperature. After a period of storage, a slow fermentation starts at low temperature, until it reaches an alcohol content of 5%, then it is stopped by further cooling and sterile filtration.

Tenuta Garreto
Tenuta Garetto was acquired by the Gagliardo Family in 2017. It is a very well-known and renowned site for Barbera. It is located in Agliano Terme, in the heart of the new Nizza Docg appellation.
The estate can count on old vines planted between 1935 and 1950, as well as more recent vines. Vinification takes place in the winery adjacent to the vineyards.
