Negroni
The story goes that the Negroni was born at Bar Casoni in Florence and came to life from Count Camillo Negroni’s desire for a stronger Americano. The Americano is a classic Italian cocktail with vermouth, Campari, and soda water. The name “Americano” supposedly originated because it was a drink enjoyed by American tourists in Italy in the early 20th century. Thus, by replacing soda water with gin, bartender Fosco Scarselli brought the Negroni to life, the king of aperitifs.
The Negroni from Cocktaileria del Golfo is the first in a series of cocktails crafted by internationally renowned bartenders and already prepared for immediate consumption. Guided by mastery in the pursuit of perfect flavor, in classic Italian elegance, in the dolce vita, they create a line of ready-to-drink cocktails inspired by the beauties of the Mediterranean to accompany any moment of our day.
Made with gin, bitter, and vermouth, it’s a great aperitif, the perfect balance between quality and simplicity.
