Golden yellow colour. The nose is very pleasant and expressive, with aromas of dried flowers, plums and biscuit. Smooth on the palate, with dried fruit (hazelnuts), notes of orange and cinnamon. Fresh finish.

Cattier Brut Premier Cru champagne is made from a large blend of Pinot grapes from our nine favourite villages (mainly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne). The Cuvée Brut Premier Cru is the purest reflection of Cattier’s winemaking style. Mainly made from Pinot Meunier grapes, it is characterised by its elegance, generosity and intense fruity character.

Aged on lees.
Aged for over 4 years in the cellar.
