Citrine yellow colour, less extracted than expected, slightly greenish tone, limpid and young appearance. On the nose a lot of subtlety of aromas with notes of ripe citrus fruit, well flanked by the more mineral side, chipped stone, silex, some vegetable, very fresh. Mouth to show a lot of elegance, medium volume, with a very well achieved acidity, good amplitude, it grows as time goes by, showing again the freshness of the fruit and the profile as a whole, finishing long and elegant.
CURTIMENTA is, as the name indicates, a wine in which the contact of the liquid with the grape skins is promoted. It is aged in 225 litre used barriques without any sulphur dioxide. A good rebel that you never know what to expect from it, it changes like the seasons, it tastes like your mood.
