Made from old vines, fermented on skins and matured in oak barrels. Not too heavy in colour. Apricot, loquat, honey and wet stone aroma, clay notes. Gluttonous, with remarkable volume in the mouth without compromising freshness. A slight bitterness at the end, coming from the fermentation with skins, but without too much astringency.
The AMPHORA white is made the old fashioned way. It has pre-fermentative maceration and the entire fermentation
with the masses and in the amphora.
Aged on total lees. Liquid-foil contact inside the amphora and stabilised naturally.
AGING : amphora with pine resin.
