Saborinho, also known as Tinta Negra or Molar de Colares, is one of the traditional red grape varieties from the Azores Islands that nearly disappeared from vineyards.
Light, garnet color, very intense nose, lots of personality, aromas of tart wild strawberries.
Saborinho presents a good texture, elegance, and good acidity.
