Garlic Bread
Here is a very easy recipe that will certainly surprise you and your friends: you because of its simple preparation; your friends because of its delicious flavors, textures and because its served hot. It will melt you!
- Since it’s a garlic bread recipe, bread can’t be missed, of course. Choose a baguette (large or small, depending on the number of guests) and slice it – but not till the end, in such a way the baguette slices stick together.
- In a frying pan, heat some butter (enough to spread on the baguette) with a few crushed cloves of garlic.
- When it’s cooked, spread it in each baguette slice and then, add some oreganos and grated cheese.
- Finally, place the baguette in the oven preheated to 200ºC, for at least 5-10 minutes.
Take a look at wide wine variety VINHA can offer you to complement this aperitif. A light and fresh white wine or a Moscatel are the best options!
