The wine is clean and bright with a ruby color. With aroma of pear, orange, blackberries, and mushrooms, the barrel is present but is not overlapping. On the palate, we feel balsamic notes, ripe tannins and balanced end of the mouth. As a perfect match, I recommend a typical portuguese dish: “feijoada”.
