Wine styles
White: Light&Fresh

These are smooth aromatic wines, where floral and fruity notes are dominant. They normally show a firm acidity and a low alcoholic graduation. Wines from Bucelas and Vinho Verde regions are the ones that better represent the style. These wines are light and mineral, produced with local grape varieties – Arinto in Bucelas and Alvarinho, Loureiro, Azal, Trajadura and Pedernã in Vinho Verde.

When and how to drink:

These are wines that should be consumed when young and fresh. They are perfect for summer, but they can be drunk during the year as aperitifs, pairing with salads, fish and seafood. They also pair really well with asian food.
