Out of the bottle: crystal, pale and light, fogging the glass’ bottom and foreseeing its granitic freshness.

With my eyes on the sand, feeling the warm waves of wind of this summer, I take my first sip.

On the mouth, it shows the Dão’s whiteness and its perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, characteristic of the Encruzado variety.

it is like a swim, marked by a citric freshness in a mineral long flavour, refreshing these warm days of summer.

I let this Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve and its floral aromas’ elegance flow. They certainly represent great tides of flavours for any taste.
