True story:
DJ, Dance Professor, Wine Expert. A hedonist, a true wine lover. Fond of good food and better wine – paired with a nice Cubano every once in a while. Anyone can be a certified trainer. João is a teacher: whether he is giving dance classes to his students, or talking at dinner about Alvarinho – João is able to teach with the kind of authority that comes with passion.

Certified wine specialist, trained in Enology by the Catholic University – Faculty of Biotechnology, experienced in wine harvests and a certified trainer.
