Just imagine these situations:
– That Sparkling, Rosé or White wine that should be fresh for the occasion, is actually not even in the fridge…
– We have been invited to a party at James’s house and have to take a few bottles, but the wine is not fresh…
– We are receiving some friends at home but, with all the enthusiasm, cold wine is gone…
– We just got home and we feel like a glass of white wine is all we need…
Great! What do we need to make it cold?
Example #1:
Ingredients:
1. Ice Bucket
2. Ice
3. Salt
Put some ice in the bucket, cold water covering the ice and 2 full hands of salt. Together, these 3 ingredients will have a refreshing action very quickly.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes, open the bottle, and enjoy!
Example #2
Ingredients:
1. Kitchen Paper/ Napkins
2. Space in the freezer
Wrap the bottle(s) with 2 sheets of paper and make it wet with some tap water. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Paper will get frozen and will quickly make the wine temperature reduce. After 10 minutes, open the bottle, without removing the paper (it will keep the wine fresh for a while).
Example #3
Ingredients:
1. Grapes
2. Space in the freezer
Buy some grapes, wash them and, one by one, put them in a bag in the freezer. When the wine is not that cold, use the frozen grapes and put 3 or 4 in the glass. Relax.
Have a nice summer – Cheers!
