Order status
Where is my order?
After dispatching your order, we will send you a reminder to let you know we are on our way.
Express: you will get a text message telling you our driver is on your way and less than one hour away
Overnight: you will receie an email confirming dispatch and informing you of the tracking number you may use to keep an eye on your order. On delivery day, you will get a text message from the carrier, informing you of the 2-hour time slot delivery is expected to occur.
Overseas: you will receive an email confirming dispatch and informing you of the tracking number you may use to keep an eye on your order.
